Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping and Delivery of packages are sent 1 to 2 business days after your order placement and confirmation of cleared payment.
Normally we ship all goods within 24 hours of your order being placed.
All items are ex-stock unless "out of stock" is shown on product listing as this website's stock control and accounting system "knows" when items are out of stock and marks them accordingly.
Express shipping methods outlined have on-line tracking and may require signature from the consignee upon receiving as proof of delivery. This is our preferred secure shipping method. Tracking links will be emailed to the purchaser to facilitate on-line tracking of the consignment.
Store Pickup is possible. A valid telephone number for pickups is required. When your parcel is ready for pickup we ring/sms you to arrange a preferred time to pickup from our store that is located in Templestowe Lower Melbourne
Shipping within Australia for small and particularly thin items are sent by Australia Post standard mail (note: this option does not have any tracking or any signature requirement) and is sent via a Registered Letter article.
For other orders up to five (5) kg items I normally send by Australia Post Satchels or Parcel Post, which in addition to requiring signature upon receipt, also have internet viewable tracking so the buyer can check the progress of the shipment on-line.
There are two (2) levels of service - REGULAR and EXPRESS.

At checkout you have the option to chose Regular or Express Shipping Service Delivery.
For heavier, larger or just plain bulky items there are different courier services that we have found cost effective, efficient and reliable and it varies greatly where the buyer is located and what the item is as to how the best way to ship.
For customers outside of Australia we ship internationally only to New Zealand, the UK, European and North American countries. For orders up to 20kg, items are sent by Australia Post International Parcel REGISTERED Service at best available shipping rates.
There is no additional charge for the combined shipping of multiple items if they come in under the threshold weight limit of a particular packaging type or weight based cost structure. For example, purchasing multiple items that total less than 3 kg that can fit into a single 3 kg satchel, there will be no additional cost to the buyer.
Import duty and Taxes
The liability to pay relevant taxes and import duties at customs according to the laws of that country is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Choice of shipping methods
We are happy to arrange shipping by whatever method you may chose however at a minimum I only recommend services that offer proof of delivery, which is in the interest of protecting both the buyer and the seller. Therefore any shipping method that does not require signature on delivery is at the buyer's risk.
We do our best to serve each of our customers the best that we can. We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund excluding postage costs will be given if items are returned in their original condition. Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs with proper packaging. On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.
Warranty and Maintenance:
We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. (In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package. Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet.
Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
